When it comes to personal training, I care about longevity, not quick results that disappear. I work with people who are ready to take that first true step toward their health. The decision to change has to come from you - but once you choose it for yourself, I’m all in with you. I’ll help you understand what your body needs and support you on the days that feel easy and the days that don’t. Progress isn’t linear, and that’s why having someone to remind you of your “why” matters. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and capable in the body you’re building for the long run.
