How does it work?
EMS uses a special suit that gently sends electrical impulses to all eight major muscle groups at the same time. These pulses reach deep muscle tissues, with almost zero joint impact.
During a 2o min session, your muscles contract up to 85 times per second, stimulating nearly 90% of your muscle fibers. It feels like a deep vibration - like all of your muscles are being turned ON!
The workout will improve your strength, muscle tone, increase calorie burn, reduce back pain and joint stress, and give you the results of a long full body workout in a fraction of the time.
Who is it for?
-
Busy professionals who want maximum results with minimum time.
-
Fitness lovers who want to take their training to the next level.
-
Beginners who want to start working out but may be intimidated by gyms.
-
Low impact/Joint sensitive (older clients, injuries). Anyone with knee, hip or back issues who still want to build strength safely.
My EMS Training Clients
After three fusions, ten inches of metal in my spine, and a blown hip, EMS has helped me rebuild 20 lbs of lost muscle, especially the little connector muscles that are so hard to hit with regular exercise. Thank you to Drew for inspiring me.
- Chris Breck
Drew definitely made it a fun experience and gave lots of great insight on how EMS works specific muscles. Definitely a solid full body workout in 20 min. Left the session drenched in sweat and feeling accomplished”
- David Marler
“What a fun, new age experience! Not only was I getting a workout, I was having a great time. The experience had me laughing and I felt very lifted and great afterwards. Big thanks to Drew!”
